Baga and the other beaches are close by, and the location was perfect. The owner and staff were polite and quick to provide really good service.

We had to ask at reception each time before anyone cleaned our room, and the staff made a lot of noise banging utensils. At checkout, we were only 30-40 minutes late, but they were banging utensils loudly and yelling at us. It felt disrespectful. We stayed in Room C-105 at The Eternal Wave for almost three days. The room had many cockroaches, and the WiFi didn't work the whole time. The geyser also wasn't working properly. When we told the owner, the response was, “What can I do now, madam?” instead of addressing the problems. We were told bedsheets are changed only after seven days, which is unacceptable when guests are staying for several days. The whole experience was very unpleasant, and we expected much better hospitality and professionalism.

There are plenty of eateries and shopping centres within walking distance, and Calangute or Baga beach shacks are about a six-minute drive away. We got a decent two-bedroom apartment for a reasonable price, which worked well for our group of four.

The in-house kitchen had a good range of tasty dishes at affordable prices. Our room was clean, the pool was clean too, and the staff gave good service. The location was convenient. We stayed with friends on 16 and 17 March 2025 in a 1BHK.
