We had a confirmed online booking, but the staff assumed we weren't coming and gave our room to someone else because they were a group. Then they said we'd have to wait almost two hours for a room, since they'd allowed the other guests extra checkout time. The staff were horrible, badly coordinated, and didn't seem to know anything. They'd just put their hands up and tell us to speak to the owner or whoever we'd booked through. Their clothing was pathetic, too. I wouldn't book this property.
