The pool was clean, and the rooms were cozy and tidy. Room service was good too. The hotel’s best feature is its central location. I wouldn’t count on eating at the hotel, though there are lots of nearby choices. For lunch or dinner, I’d pick Kafreal bar and restaurant; other options include German cafe, cafe mangalore, andhara ruchulu, and taste of India. Had a good experience overall.

When we came back from a short walk on the beach, we found a big mouse in the room and the place was in terrible condition. It had even bitten into our apple and damaged the lid. This happened while we were away only briefly. I’d advise people not to book or stay here. In my view, it’s a genuine warning about cleanliness and safety.

The breakfast was really good, and the staff were excellent. Everyone helped us a lot while we were there. I liked the hotel and its location too, lively but still quiet.

The staff were kind and polite, and the service was good throughout. We found it affordable, and the food is worth recommending too. We’d happily suggest it for a family stay.

The room was okay, but breakfast was poor and service wasn’t good. When I asked, they couldn’t get the TV working. There’s no canteen accommodation to provide other types of food when needed to avoid allergies.
