We checked in at 8 pm on 1st april, 2019, and left at 11 the next day. In room no 305, every metal bathroom fitting was rusty, including the tap and shower. The AC vent had been thrown out of the room, and the pillow covers weren’t clean. The tap water tasted terrible and had small black bits in it, so I used mineral water to brush my teeth. I don’t know if they ever clean the water tank. I’d give this place a negative mark if that were possible. Management should clean the rusty fittings. When someone pays 800~ 1200 for a night, they expect at least a clean room and washroom.

The staff were rude, and the room felt dirty and suffocating. A couple of hours after check-in, I found unused condoms beside the toilet. The toilet jet was broken, the door wouldn’t close, and the quilt had a dirty stain that looked like blood. The owner didn’t apologize and said we should have checked first, then moved us to another room where the tap was broken too. I’d never stay here again.

It’s a cheap motel with breakfast included and a geyser that’s useful in winter. The room was spacious enough for a couple, and the stay was okay for one night apart from the bed. Its mattress was much too big for the frame, which made sleeping difficult. The location is good and easy to find, near Sector 41 petrol pump.

The room was small, uncomfortable, unclean, and had bad odors from both the room and bathroom. The fan didn’t work, and the AC barely cooled. When I asked for the AC remote, staff said no rooms had remotes and insisted the ACs were working perfectly 🙀. The bed wasn’t comfortable either. I requested a refund, but OYO refused because I’d stayed in the room for 15 minutes. I don’t know why OYO made this a flagship hotel.👿

We were three friends, and the staff were really cooperative. They gave us a room away from others so we could enjoy the night without disturbing anyone. Complimentary breakfast included Aalu parantha and tea or coffee.
