OYO Townhouse 80033 Noida Grand

We booked through the Treebo site for a field visit and stayed 15 days. The rooms were great and well maintained, and the area was pretty quiet. Noida Sector-51 metro station on the Aqua line is just a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very nice, soft spoken, and always willing to help. Service was great, but the food was the best part. The chef didn’t seem to make even the slightest mistake in any of the dishes we tried, and everything tasted delicious every time. Breakfast was included in the price, tasty, and had a nice variety. Great stay.

The rooms are spacious and have balconies, and the hotel is very close to the metro station. It could be a decent place to stay if the amenities improve. I had to switch rooms three times because of AC trouble, washroom hygiene, or flickering lights. There’s potential here, but the service and amenities disappointed me. Hope things get better.

We used to come five times a month and were regular guests, but after this visit we won’t come again or recommend the hotel. At check-in, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional and made inappropriate comments. It was shocking and unacceptable, and made the stay uncomfortable from the start. I expected better service and professionalism. I’m bringing this disappointing experience at the reception counter to MR SANDEEP’s attention and hope the issue is addressed so other guests don’t go through the same thing.

At 2k a night for one room, I found it affordable for the services provided. They have in-house dining, so outside food isn’t allowed. Everything else was good.
