We checked in late, and even during our short stay the room service was the most pathetic I've experienced. They didn't bring drinking water, and they ignored several calls asking for a mineral water bottle. What more could we expect?

The room wasn't clean as advertised, and the AC barely cooled. I asked the staff several times for a TV remote; they kept saying to wait, but it never arrived. During my one-night stay, the power went out three times, each time for an hour or two. At 4 a.m. I woke up to no lights, fan, or AC. Reception gave the same explanation each time, that the generator had run out of diesel and someone had gone to get more. I could understand it happening once, but three times was really irritating. The room locks were another serious concern: the lower one was broken and the upper one was loose. I was genuinely disappointed by the hotel's irresponsible service.

I paid 50/- for a 750 ml bottle of water, and the rest of the experience was just as disappointing. Management was poor and unprofessional, and I didn't find the hotel worthwhile at all. I booked through Oyo and contacted them about my concerns, but got no response. I've filed a case in consumer court alleging cheating, breach of contract, and misbehavior. I wouldn't book here or return, and would tell others to steer clear.

I stayed from 10th Dec to 14th Dec and paid the full amount at check-in on the 10th. Somehow my Oyo booking was cancelled, and I don't know why, so I had to book directly and pay again on the 11th and 12th. They said the invoice would come by email, but I still haven't received it. They were quick to take payment at check-in, but slow to send the bill.
