We were charged Rs.2500/- for a room that wasn’t worth it. The bathroom health faucet was broken, the room locks were jammed, and water wasn’t consistently available. There’s no lift, which makes it unsuitable for senior citizens.
There was no hot water or even regular water, and the rooms were bad. This was a poor stay. Please don't stay here.

The rooms were freezing, so bring your own arrangements. The sheets and blankets didn’t seem properly washed, the door wouldn’t shut properly, and our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Hot water was available only from 6-9 am, so if you miss that window, you can’t bathe. Breakfast and dinner are available at the hotel for an extra charge. Even when breakfast was included in our booking, they provided only Rs.300 worth. The staff were careless: I left my key so the room could be cleaned, but it wasn’t. A really pathetic experience.
