The Rose Garden is opposite, and the hotel has an in-house restaurant with good service. Our stay worked out well, and the rooms were super. The family managing the hotel is good, and the staff were helpful too. Mr. Shareef was especially kind. Thank you.

We came from Bangalore by car, and the hotel's ample, secure parking was a real convenience. Its location also made it easy to reach Ooty's main attractions. The calm, family-friendly atmosphere and clean, spacious, well-kept rooms made it a comfortable place to rest after the long journey. I'd initially booked just one day with my family, but the warm hospitality and excellent service persuaded us to stay another two days. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help. It was a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations, and I'd recommend it to families who want comfort, helpful service, and easy parking.

Hot water was available whenever we needed it, which was especially welcome in Ooty's cold weather. The bathrooms were neat and properly maintained, and there was enough parking for guests with their own vehicles. Staff were polite and responsive, and took care of our basic needs promptly. The rooms felt fresh throughout our stay: they were very clean, hygienic, and well maintained. The surroundings were peaceful too. It made for a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and seems a good choice for families looking for attentive service and clean rooms.

The room we paid ₹5000 for one day was the dirtiest I've ever stayed in, and a complete waste of money. We booked online after seeing good reviews, expecting an easy check-in, and the receptionist did give us a three-bed room. It was grimy, with wall putty coming off and a bathroom door broken and worn through at the bottom. The curtains, doormats, and carpets were dirty too. They'd sprayed a cheap fragrance that was so strong we had to leave the balcony door open for an hour before it faded. The food was horrible. When we asked for a different room, the receptionist gave us various excuses instead. I wouldn't visit again. For ₹5000, you can find much better rooms.
