The breakfast is simple and complimentary, with dosa and vada, enough for a light start. You can ask ahead for something different. There’s a roomy dining area that can seat lots of guests, so meals are better there than in your room. The place is just outside the city, with clean rooms, helpful staff, and hot water available all day, even at the sinks. A comfortable budget option.

The rooms and building are good, but it was very cold inside, especially on the bare floor. A carpet might help. Some practical issues stood out: the linens smelled a little, the health faucet leaked, and parking may be difficult. Breakfast was good but didn’t arrive on time, and it’s served on the third floor. There’s no lift. The property is about 4 km from Ooty bus station, and getting to it isn’t very convenient.

Breakfast was a standout, fresh, plentiful, and tasty. The whole property was exceptionally clean, and our room was surprisingly spacious and felt well cared for. We were very impressed and would recommend it for a comfortable, easy stay.

The staff were well behaved, and breakfast was tasty, like home cooking. The rooms were okay, though they could be cleaned and maintained better.
