I was disappointed with this booking, especially since I’d hoped to spend New Year in a decent hotel with my spouse. The mattress was dirty, and the coir mattress had no cushioning. There’s no heater, and hot water is only available from 6 to 10 in the morning. They should update the latest photos online.

The hotel’s tourist package was even worse than the stay itself. Staff behaved poorly, and checkout timings were enforced very strictly. A very bad experience.

Good service, and getting to nearby tourist spots is easy. The bus stand is close too.

We ended up changing our bus to 10 AM because the manager wouldn’t allow extra checkout time and was pushing us to leave around 9. Our original bus was at about 11, and we’d booked two days, arriving early because my friend’s family was staying there and we wanted to be together. Before checking in, we’d already asked about the room, but Manager (Pravind Sharma) argued about checkout, behaved badly, and wouldn’t listen. I asked for a refund because of how he treated us, and he was fine with that. We also found the jug wasn’t clean only after drinking the normal water we’d asked for. Totally dissatisfied with the way we were treated, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to families.
