It's about 1.5 km from the main road, up a hill road, and there's a lovely carrot garden behind the place. Swiggy and Zomato deliver since there aren't nearby restaurants. We had decent car parking, and the stay was peaceful. The caretaker and room service looked after us well. Mr. Feroz, the hotel incharge, gave us helpful guidance and arranged a wonderful stay.

The rooms were well kept and the toilet was very clean, and the service was great. It was budget friendly, too. The living area in my room was so small it was hard to walk around the bed. Then on our last day, the hotel had no electricity because of maintenance, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. Even so, I had a great experience.

Cleanliness really stood out here. The rooms, bathrooms, and veranda were all clean, and the location was beautiful.

I went in with low expectations, thinking it'd be an ordinary room, but the staff made me feel right at home. Anwar and Anil were especially kind and humble. They also bring complimentary coffee or tea in the morning. Thanks to them for such warm hospitality. I'd recommend this hotel if you want a luxurious-feeling stay without spending too much.

The staff at Rozana Retreat were warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine care made the visit especially nice. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking hill view, a lovely break from busy city life. A scenic, welcoming place to stay in Ooty, and one I'd highly recommend.
