The location listed was wrong, and even after finding the actual place, it didn't meet the standard. The rooms weren't cleaned well and the service wasn't good, so I decided to leave right away. OYO care handled things very politely and moved my stay to another hotel for the same price. They also offered to cancel, but I declined because local people might bargain with you at checkout. Don't waste your money here.
The app's location was incorrect, and the rooms weren't even worth ₹100. Tourists are being scammed during peak holiday season. This was a terrible experience, and the place should be removed from the app.
The location was wrong, the room was bad, and maintenance was poor. The staff were irresponsible. We told them we needed hot water because we had to go out, but two hours passed and they brought it for other people instead. When I asked, they said they were taking it for bathing. We said we'd be back in the evening and asked the owner to keep it for us. After the owner left, another person came and said he was the owner, and told us to take it away since he wasn't there. The staff backed that person up. He pointed his finger while speaking. We had a language problem between us, so we ended up staying quiet.
