Two Seas Residence

The food made for us on request tasted wonderfully homely, arrived on time without repeated follow-ups, and the room service was excellent. The staff treated us like personal guests and made the whole family feel comfortable. Our kids especially enjoyed the kitchen setup, and the high chairs and hanging lights from the roof gave it a cozy feel. We booked the Amazon 3-bedroom cottage for January 25th to January 27th. The website photos and videos matched what we found. The cottage was neatly maintained and well furnished throughout, including the restrooms. Though Two Seas Residence is more than 10 years old, it’s kept so well that it looks almost new, unlike cottages where online pictures can look much better than the actual rooms. The bedsheets and toiletries were good quality, and the layered blankets kept us warm in the extreme cold. Every room has a balcony, great for taking pictures and keeping memories of the stay. Our families and kids thoroughly enjoyed it, and we’ll recommend Two Seas Residence to family and friends planning a trip to Ooty. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay. We hope to visit again.

Being right in the city centre made it easy to explore Ooty, and the Botanical Garden is less than 1 km away. The staff also helped arrange taxis and autos and checked that we were comfortable. We had no complaints, just fond memories, and would happily book here again. We stayed for 3N/4D. The property was clean and well maintained, and looked just like the website photos. The food was lovely and homely, with every meal feeling thoughtfully made. From arrival, we felt cared for. They let us check in early because our bus arrived in the morning, and after checkout they kept our luggage since our return bus wasn’t until late at night. Those gestures made the trip stress-free. It really felt like a home away from home.

We had a great family stay. The living room was spacious, the beds super comfy, and the kitchen facilities and easy parking made things convenient. It was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, though the in-house food was quite good too. We’d definitely stay here again.

The 2bhk villa was neat and clean, and the food was homely and good. But the blanket covers were old and covered in bobbles, and the pillows were uncomfortable. A couple of door knobs were broken, the exhaust fan made noise, and there’s no lawn.
