I booked it under the Comfort inn chain name, but this is a local hotel and isn’t linked to the Comfort inn chain. The photos of the front and the advertised amenities make it look good, but the rooms are all at the back and weren’t clean. The TV didn’t work, and there were no toiletries apart from one 2 Rs soap. They called breakfast free, but there was no choice besides paratha.
They quoted 3000 for a room for a couple with a non-attached washroom, and even the TV and AC didn’t work. After paying that much, the blanket they gave me felt like something for a roadside sleeper. I had the worst experience here. It felt like they were just trying to get more money out of you.
What service you get depends on whether staff are available.
Breakfast was just one option, aloo paratha, and the food wasn’t good. The hotel is tucked into a congested market and is almost impossible to see from outside. There’s no parking or restaurant, the rooms are small, and room service is poor. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
The room was nice, but the staff and their behaviour need to change. The area around the hotel could use improvement too.
