It’s a decent value if you want to be close to nature. Hotel Green Heaven in Pahalgam has lovely views and roomy accommodation, which made for a quiet stay in beautiful surroundings. I did feel the service and upkeep could use improvement.

The room was decent for the price, and the location is good. The caretaker was helpful and brought hot water whenever we called, without complaining. Still, winter seems difficult here: power cuts happen and the water pipes freeze, so you have to keep asking for hot water. I think it’s better for the other seasons in Pahalgam.

We spent three nights here and it felt like a second home. The staff were wonderful and helped whenever we needed information about sightseeing or anything else. It’s near the market, and we’d recommend the hotel to everyone. Thanks again, @teamgreenheaven.

It’s a quiet place with a nice view. The hotel itself is small, but the service is really good, and the caretaker can help with whatever you need.

The hotel and rooms are good, but they switch off the electricity at night. Then the blower and bed heaters don’t work, and the 110 bed heater didn’t work at all in the end.
