Radisson Golf Resort Pahalgam

Insee ji and Tawseef really stood out. They were warm, polite, and quick to help, and made us feel welcome and well looked after. Everyone else was friendly and courteous too. The Radisson Golf Resort, Pahalgam is a beautiful, peaceful property, well placed to enjoy Pahalgam’s natural scenery. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and would happily visit again.

Higher category rooms feel like good value, and the service was efficient. It’s great for families and I loved my stay. The hospitality doesn’t quite match Khyber, though it’s on par with ITC in Pahalgam. For high tea, ITC wins hands down.

I wasn’t pleased with the first room’s view, so they offered me a better one. The AC didn’t work on the first night, which upset me at the time, but I ended up glad it wasn’t working! They upgraded me to a beautiful suite with a view. The property is awesome and the staff were polite. Thank you!

This is a high-end property, and I would have loved to give it five stars, but the heating system stopped completely during our Kashmir stay because the diesel ran out. With the cold so severe, that was extremely concerning. When guests brought it up, management replied, “What should I do? Should I go get diesel?” That’s not the preparedness or accountability I expect from a Radisson property. Heating in those conditions is a basic necessity. We have all the proof and documentation. We went through a tour company, and all of us at the resort complained. Most concerning was the lack of care shown toward guests. There was no solution, alternative arrangement, refund, or compensation offered. I’m sharing this in the spirit of genuine improvement, but frankly, it’s a shame.
