Hotel Mohan Continental

We stayed for two days, and the food was good. The receptionist's behaviour, though, was far below standard. At 10:40AM I asked for housekeeping. Instead of sending anyone, she immediately asked when I was checking out. I said I'd be there as soon as possible since I'd just reached the hotel, but she ignored my request. Reception staff need training in how to communicate with customers. Their behaviour was extremely poor.

I don't often write negative reviews, but the disrespect I got here was staggering. I contacted the owner about what happened, and their response was even worse. They seemed uninterested in what had actually happened and ignorant of the facts. Rather than looking into the issue, the owner responded defensively with a 'not my problem' attitude. It made it clear where the staff had picked up their bad habits. If being treated like a human being matters to you, stay away.

The reception staff and others were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Staying here was a waste of my time and money, and this was the worst hotel I've experienced. Even a basic guest house gives far better service and dignity. I'd strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

I ordered pasta aglio olio, but got plain spaghetti with no vegetables, basically noodles in garlic paste. They charged me for a dish they hadn't served. The restaurant's service was pathetic, and this felt dishonest and disrespectful to its own customers. Zero rating.
