Hotel Indraprastha has felt like a home away from home for us every time we've come to Palakkad for a function at our family temple. This visit was just as good, and even more memorable in some ways. After long days of rituals and celebrations, we really value a comfortable night's stay, and being close to the town centre makes it an easy base. The booking, stay, and checkout were all handled warmly and efficiently. Ms. Sneha coordinated everything so smoothly, and her attentive, gentle manner made us feel cared for, not just organized. Thank you, Indraprastha and Sneha. We'll be back soon. 🙏

We had a good stay and enjoyed the food. Mohenettan went out of his way to arrange meals at odd hours, and Sneha made us feel welcome in the restaurant. One suggestion: the breakfast buffet should include non-veg options, or at least eggs.

Neha from GRS made a real difference to our stay at Hotel Indraprastha. She treated us with care and respect, and I saw her give the same warm, professional attention to the other guests too. The rest of the staff were pleasant and professional throughout, and our room was neat and clean. All the services were excellent. Highly recommended!

We chose this place at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the clean, well-kept rooms, tasty breakfast, and lush greenery outside. It's right in the heart of the city, and the tariff is very reasonable. The staff were especially helpful. Ms. Sneha guided us from check-in through checkout and even lent us her own helmet when we urgently needed one. Such a thoughtful gesture. We'd love to visit again. 😊

The coffee was my favorite, and the Kerala dishes were especially good. Breakfast quality impressed me too, and when I asked for something hot they made ghee roast fresh. I'd suggest adding a toaster so guests can toast bread.
