The food itself was okay, but waiting almost 40 minutes for it made the meal a letdown. I had to wait a while just to place the order, too. At first there was nobody from the restaurant staff around. A person came in, picked something up without acknowledging me, and left; eventually a woman arrived and took my order. When I asked why no one was available, I was told there was a function going on. I understand those can keep staff busy, but guests still need attention. If the restaurant can't be run properly during a function, they should close it temporarily or let guests know ahead of time. The room was a little below average, though fine for a short stay, and basic comfort was okay.

Breakfast was delicious, and there’s plenty of parking. The property is well kept, and the staff are always ready to help. I’d recommend kpm for a quiet stay.

Paying for these rooms felt like terrible value. I booked two, for ₹2,200 and ₹3,200, and getting a proper tax invoice after being asked to pay through Google Pay to a personal number was a struggle. The buildings are very old, and the rooms feel outdated for the prices. The General Manager spoke to us loudly and rudely, with no professional courtesy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families or business travelers. There are much better, more modern choices in Palakkad for this price.

We were given an extra bed when we needed one, and the main bed was big enough for three adults. The rooms were good, and breakfast was nice too. It's a very nice place to stay.

Asked for a bed at 10 pm and waited 45 minutes for it. It smelled really foul, and it was thin and rock hard. If wasting your money and comfort is what you want, try KPM Regency.
