We held a family wedding here and had a lovely experience. The hall was clean and well cared for, with good facilities and plenty of parking. Staff were helpful and courteous, and everything ran smoothly. The dining area was well organized and food service was excellent, making for a comfortable setting for our celebration. Banqet inchers nagaraj & prabhakaran & subba ,selava ,vansanth very good servive. Thanks to the whole team for making the occasion memorable. I’d recommend it for weddings and family functions.

The food was the highlight for us. Everything was delicious and fresh, with plenty of choices for different tastes, and the dining experience and staff hospitality made it all the more memorable. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for good food and a wonderful stay.

The receptionist was friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. She arranged a boxed breakfast and made a late checkout possible, which we really appreciated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had strong water pressure. Both the spotless room and hygienic washroom were exceptionally clean, and the hotel overall was well maintained. The baggage staff member came across as a little rude, but that small issue didn't have much effect on our stay. We had a comfortable, hassle-free visit to Copper Leaf Hotel in Tirunelveli and would stay again. Highly recommended.

The travel desk cab fares were almost double what we could find elsewhere, so I'd avoid booking there unless it's an emergency. Otherwise, there was plenty of parking, and having good restaurants in the same building saved time. The clean, spacious room and washroom had an AC that worked well, and the breakfast buffet was perfect.

Check-in and checkout were both smooth, and we had a comfortable stay at Copper Leaf Hotel. Abisha from the Front Office was professional, polite, and helpful throughout, with customer service worth recognizing. Clean rooms and great hospitality. Highly recommend!
