Hotel Manoshanti

The noise made the stay really uncomfortable. The AC rattled horribly, and the bathroom exhaust sounded like a motor running. Breakfast was poor too, with just poha on the first day and upma on the second. The upma had no salt, and when I asked for another vegetarian choice, they said only egg or omelette was available. There were basic room problems as well. No kettle, a broken flush, and the TV recharge happened only after I told staff. The intercom buttons didn’t work and the unit was replaced after I complained. Even toilet roll had to be requested.

We booked through the fab hotel app, but staff asked us to cancel and pay them directly. They also charged an extra 1000rs for being just 15minutes late. Their manner was rude and uncooperative, and they showed little interest in helping. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was below expectations, and basic amenities were missing or not working. Complaints got little to no response. For the price, the service doesn’t add up. I wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone wanting a comfortable stay.

A very poor experience. Even after we had agreed on the room rate, they charged more. Staff weren’t supportive and the service was bad. If zero stars were possible, that’s what I’d give.

The manager was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful when I raised concerns. There was no accountability or respect toward guests, and the issues weren’t addressed. Hygiene was also extremely poor. The rooms hadn’t been cleaned properly and basic cleanliness standards weren’t met. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Management needs to improve both cleanliness and service.
