Salida Del Sol Hotel

The service here is a big joke. There's only one housekeeping person, who behaves like the property owner, and staff easily lie about things. The phone never works, so I had to come down to reception every time I needed to ask something. Complaints get no response. There's no proper AC or ventilation, and I felt suffocated. They didn't provide a dental kit or soap, and we had to beg for hot water. I'll never come back, and I'll tell my friends to avoid Salida dell sol.

We chose the bathtub suite, and it was perfect for us. Everything from the restaurant downstairs to breakfast was great. The hotel is in Panjim, North Goa, with well-known restaurants around the corner offering veg and non veg options. Casinos are also within walking distance. A gem of a find and a must-stay in Goa.

The whole team was pleasant and cheerful, and the property was clean and hygienic. Breakfast had a good range of options. We got a warm welcome, and the reception manager was attentive and full of useful information. It's centrally located in Panaji, with restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. They can arrange bike rentals at market rates without adding a commission. Their MOJO pub is also a lively place and worth visiting once during your stay. I was very happy with this hotel and liked it a lot.

I had a very bad experience and faced many problems during my stay. The staff's service and behaviour were poor, and the food was tasteless. The place didn't feel affordable for what it offered, and the maintenance was bad. I also felt the staff weren't paid and didn't know how to run a hotel. There's no proper management. Please don't come here.
