The food was good, and the restaurant staff were courteous. We also liked the game room. The rooms would be better if all the fixtures were properly in place. One request for the front office: please keep a basic first aid kit available and arrange a doctor's help when needed.

Please don't book here. I paid around six thousand for a room in peak season that was advertised as having a mountain view. When I opened the curtain, I found a shared area with a swimming pool, open to all the guests. I shut it immediately to protect my family's privacy. I don't know how else to put it: you may think you're booking a view, but people can look straight into your bedroom.

This hotel is now called LORD'S ECO INN PANCHAGANI. A very nice place to stay, with good hospitality and ambience. All the staff are friendly, especially SAMADHAN, VIJAY MAHTO, SAKSHAM, TANUJA. The food is very good in both quality and taste.

The hotel has changed its name and is now Lords Eco Inn. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the fantastic view from it!
