The location has a relaxed feel, and the cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained. We also enjoyed the restaurant food. The staff were helpful and cooperative, especially Mr Shankar. He was polite, full of energy, and made sure we got the assistance we needed.

The biggest problem was how stressful the stay became. There was little transparency or care for guests, and the rooms, service, and management were all well below what I expected. At booking, the hotel promised one thing, but what we found on arrival was quite different. They asked for extra charges without explaining them properly, which felt misleading and unprofessional. The staff and owner were rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to cooperate. When problems came up, they argued instead of resolving them or taking responsibility. The whole experience was frustrating rather than comfortable or peaceful. I’d think carefully before booking here. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, consider a more trustworthy, professional place. This hotel’s words and actions don’t match.

The room itself was comfortable and kept in good condition, though it felt expensive for what I got. Food and drinks also seemed overpriced, including some items marked with an MRP that were being sold above what I expected. One staff member gave me misleading information and caused some inconvenience. The other staff were courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.

The place is only worth around 1200-1500 INR. The rooms were poor quality and didn’t match the photos. They were noisy, with stained sheets and damp walls, and there was no hot water. Hygiene was terrible. No tissues, handwash, hair dryer, or room service, just one 0.5L bottle of water. The kettle had been used and there were no tea bags. The food seemed unhygienic, so eat outside. Autos overcharge, with the hotel taking a commission. Staff were rude and unprofessional. If you complain, the owner comes and demands the room back, with no refund. He doesn’t seem to care how he speaks to customers and acts as if being local means no one can take action against him. Avoid this hotel if you expect good service.
