I left irritated and frustrated. The value for money was close to zero, the atmosphere was dull and unwelcoming, and the food was forgettable. Staff were unresponsive, the check-in was chaotic, and even simple requests felt like a burden. The rooms were poorly maintained and overpriced, cleanliness was ignored, and basic amenities were missing or broken. It felt like one avoidable failure after another, with no interest from management in improving things. The hotel doesn't live up to its promises, and I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money and avoid it. The whole stay felt mismanaged from the moment I walked in. Staff were careless, slow and uninterested in helping. The rooms were badly cleaned and not worth the price, basic facilities didn't work, and the food was bland. Everything felt neglected and unprofessional. I left feeling cheated and completely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front of the property is the only good thing. The swimming pool was unclean, with trash around it, and the rooms and bedsheets were dirty. There was waste and beer bottles on the window roofs. Maintenance was terrible, and when we brought these issues up, the staff were very rude. I wouldn't recommend it.

The food was very, very bad, and the stay was the worst I've had. The bedsheets weren't tidy and there was zero maintenance. The photos say the rooms have AC, but the cords have been disconnected in all the rooms.

There was no water for the flush or anything for over two hours in the morning. There were no mats or towels either, and the swimming pool was super dirty. Worst service I've ever had.

The restaurant inside had no chairs, no cook and no food. Power also went off frequently. The pool was wonderfully unclean, with cigarette butts and phlegm in it. Every room seemed to have its own waste disposal system, with rubbish thrown out the window and decorating the back of the rooms. The bathing water was so hot that you had to turn it on 30 minutes before a shower. Thank goodness the western toilet had cold water. Super cheap hotel, super cheap experience.
