The birthday setup in our room made the stay feel really personal. Mr. Aknur, Dependu, and Soninlal arranged lovely floral decorations, and when we walked in, the room felt warm and special. You could tell they had put real thought into making the celebration memorable. They were kind and attentive throughout, checking that everything was right and that we were comfortable. That level of care made a big difference. Thank you to Mr. Aknur and Mr. Dependu for helping make our stay and birthday so memorable.

Aknur made our anniversary feel extra memorable with his thoughtful hospitality. The service was warm and prompt throughout, and his effort really stood out. I’d asked for a small personal note to be placed in the room for my wife. The hotel arranged that and surprised us with an upgrade too. We had a wonderful stay, would happily visit again, and highly recommend it.

The rooms were neat and tidy, and the staff were super polite. Front Desk and Housekeeping were especially helpful. There’s a lap pool and a cute restaurant, too. Amazing hotel, absolutely wow, and a great experience.

Aknur at reception was courteous and supportive during our stay. The rooms were clean, and the surroundings felt comfortable. I had a nice experience at Ginger Goa, Dona Paula, with good service overall.

Breakfast could be better, since the options didn’t seem very good or healthy. The staff were cooperative and the service was good, though. Ginger Hotel is in Dona Paula, and the clean rooms, comfortable stay, and peaceful atmosphere made for a pleasant visit. Improving breakfast quality would make the guest experience better.
