There are plenty of places to eat nearby since the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. Rooms are very spacious for a budget price, and the service is very good. The bathrooms, though, need cleaning and renovation.

We’ve been staying here for three days, and the night staff have been really bad. Their way of speaking is not good at all. Please change your staff. 😡😡😡

The area is very congested, the mattresses are hard, and there was no housekeeping at all during my three-night stay. They don’t have GST, provide bills, or offer complimentary services. Even bottled water costs extra. It was a really pathetic experience, and I don’t recommend it. OYO was unprofessional too: they kept calling until I paid in advance, then gave me no invoice. Horrible.

The property could be much nicer with the right person at reception. I showed the receptionist my MakeMyTrip booking and the listed facilities, but he refused to accept it and quoted 1500 for a non-AC room or 2000 for an AC room, while MakeMyTrip showed about 1200. He and a few employees tried to cheat me. I travel often and told him not to cheat guests or I’d complain to the owner and MakeMyTrip. My mood was spoiled, so I didn’t stay there.

The other staff were good, but the property manager, Mr. Sanjay, was very rude at check-in. He gave me a dirty room where even the bed wasn’t properly made, without checking it first. He acted as if guests meant nothing to him. Please make sure OYO standards are followed and teach him how to behave at reception.
