The bathroom would barely get half a star. There was no towel or soap, the shower didn’t work, and the main room door wouldn’t close properly. The rooms were very dirty too. It was a very bad experience, and checking out was my last option.

Hi, I’m Aditya, a regular customer, and I visited recently. It was quite good, but this time the receptionist and waiter both asked me for seva. What was that about? Don’t you pay them a salary? They were asking for money quite forcefully, and I don’t understand that behavior.

I stayed at this hotel on Valentine's Day and had the best experience. The staff were very cooperative, and the services were excellent. I’ll definitely look for another chance to stay at this wonderful hotel in the future.
