We stayed here while attending a nearby wedding, and the experience was bad. Our executive room had no TV or geyser, and the towels were dirty. Room service was poor too. Even after repeated requests, they couldn't bring basic things like water bottles, and we had to call several times for bed tea. In the middle of a winter night, the power went out in our room alone. We still needed electricity to charge our phones, but nobody came to help. I can't say whether other guests had the same experience. This is just what happened to us.

The service was very bad, and some workers were swearing outside the rooms. I had a worse experience here and wouldn't stay again.

The parking area was good and the rooms were okay, but nearly everything else was poor. There was no lift, no amenities, and the cleanliness and maintenance were bad. One staff member, around 45, was rude, though the others were polite and helpful. The sewage smell spread through the bathrooms and passageways, and made my stay extremely poor. I might have given it three stars otherwise.

The staff were warm, kind, welcoming, and generous, and the hospitality and management were top notch. I loved the beautifully designed rooms and the high-quality interiors. I paid the room charge through PhonePe, but a technical error meant the payment didn't go through at first. It processed the next day, and I contacted the hotel right away with a screenshot showing the completed payment. The staff denied receiving it and later refused to recognize me over the phone. I'd also paid cash for the room when the first payment failed. I feel this was a way for the hotel staff to take extra money. I strongly recommend that people don't stay there.
