So far, this is the best hotel I've stayed at. It was neat, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere. Service was faster than at other hotels.

We stayed for two nights, and the busy, lively road outside kept the place feeling active. The staff were lovely, though they didn't speak English, so we needed Google Translate and a bit of time to communicate 😅. Our room was spacious and clean, with a hot shower and the basic amenities. There were no windows, though, which could make a longer stay feel isolated. The restaurant downstairs served clean, tasty food.

Everything was fabulous during the six days I stayed here with my family for an exam. It's one of the best hotels in Patna, if not the best. Kudos to the management and staff for keeping the hotel to such a high standard. Do stay here.

There was no receptionist when we arrived, and the watchman tried several times to check us in but couldn't manage it. The staff's manner with customers was very poor, with no hospitality at all. Nivedita was especially impolite and showed no respect, and she didn't seem to know how to do the work. Fab hotel really needs to improve its staff quality and hospitality.
