The room and washroom smelled awful, as if the room hadn’t been opened in years. It was dirty, with cigarette packets in the washroom even though I’d asked for a non-smoking room. The bedsheets, pillows, and comforter were filthy enough to see and smell from a distance. When I asked for replacements, staff said they had nothing newer. I wasn’t given basic items like a towel or soap either. They blamed OYO for not supplying them. I was there for an examination and chose the hotel because it was within walking distance of my centre. But my Agoda booking was refused at check-in because they said no confirmation had arrived. I waited at reception for an hour and a half, called Agoda, and asked to cancel. Luckily, I got my online payment back. The fan and AC had no controls, so they were either running full blast or switched off. The AC then shut off by itself at midnight and stayed off for the night. The rooms were also nothing like the Google pictures. The staff were unprofessional and rude. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

The AC wasn’t working, and the plastering was poorly done. I’m very disappointed with the service.

I arrived at 10 pm and checked out in the morning. The room was filthy, there was no blanket, and they didn’t provide soap or shampoo. The TV didn’t work and there was no setup box. The AC was out of order and nothing seemed maintained. I’d booked online and couldn’t get a refund. A terrible experience.

Even getting an empty glass was a struggle, and there was no water or toilet kit. Room service was very rude, though the reception staff were polite and good. When I arrived, the pillow covers and used bedsheet were extremely dirty. The waiter bluntly refused to change them, saying fresh linen wasn’t available. It took an hour before they were replaced. My experience was very bad.
