OYO 10994 Hotel Luxury INN

There are only two floors, with about 10 rooms, in this hotel. It’s part of an individual house rather than a standalone hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, with the necessary amenities, working A.C. and TV, and clean beds, blankets and pillows. Complimentary breakfast is available, and lunch and dinner can be ordered to the room for a charge. Staff and management were very nice and helpful. It’s about 500 m from boring road crossing, in an area with mostly girls’ hostels. It may be hard to find at first, but following the Google location takes you to the right place. 🤘👍👍

The bathroom and room are both close to reception, so you can easily hear the receptionist. The rooms aren’t good, and he asked me for a tip for no reason. They didn’t provide the complimentary breakfast until I asked for it.

The fourth-floor lift wasn’t working, and even basic things like towels and water had to be requested. The floors were dirty, and opening the room door led straight onto an open shared toilet. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and didn’t know how to speak to guests. They also wouldn’t provide the room booked through Goibibo or OYO, saying they’d give a room of their choosing. Even half portions of menu items were refused, despite being listed. A terrible experience.

We’ve been here four times now, my wife and I, and it’s been just right on every visit. The management is very supportive, and the place feels friendly and comfortable for families and couples. Thumbs up, Luxury inn. 👍
