OYO 48553 Awadh Fort

The room was cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, a welcome place to rest after traveling all day. Getting there was easy too, since Hotel near Bairiya Bus Terminal is only a short walk from the terminal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, made check-in simple, and were around whenever I needed help. I’d recommend it for a convenient, comfortable stay in the Bairiya area.

Rohan deep Sinha was especially kind and supportive, and the rest of the staff were good too. I stayed for two days and had a very good time. I’ll come back.

Service was pretty basic, and not especially good. Even simple things like an all out or an extra blanket weren’t available.

At 5:30 in the morning, in the rain, I was left outside soaking wet, with my bag and shoes drenched. The entrance was shut on both sides, about 30 m from the main building, beside a gate marked "YE ZAMEEN HOTEL KI NIJI SAMPATTI HAI." I banged on the doors and called the number posted there, but nobody answered, even though check-in was supposed to be available 24 hours. The road was in terrible shape and flooded. The location is very bad. I want a refund. If I get one, I’ll delete this review; if I don’t, I’ll keep posting it here.
