Pride Elite Phaltan

There’s no value for money here. If you want to experience the worst hospitality, be their guest. I paid ₹6,000 per night, yet there were no proper amenities: no bottled water, very limited breakfast, and poor service. This is one of the most expensive hotels in the locality, even more than hotels in Tier-1 cities. Across my 5+ stays, one staff member has never shown a smile or basic courtesy, and consistently acts as if letting us stay is a favor. There's no sense of hospitality from that person. The hotel seems to survive only because of Cummins and the limited nearby alternatives. I hope a better hospitality brand takes over and improves the experience. Current management is damaging the hotel and the future and reputation of the humble, hardworking staff, except that one person.

The service was average, and the food needs improvement. We ordered a spicy paneer dish but were served a sweet one. When we asked for freshly cut onion, the server brought onion from the refrigerator. I hope they take this feedback into account and improve both the food quality and service.

I stayed at pride elite Phaltan for 15 days and had an amazing experience. The peaceful hotel and great location were lovely. The staff were very cooperative, especially ajay premjeet Gayatri Kumar Sumit Navnath, all good at their work. Lovely food and tasty breakfast, too.

The room rate is reasonable, and the food is very good and much cheaper than at similar hotels. The place is neat and the service is good. Navnath and premjeet deserve special mention for their commendable service.
