The room handpump wasn’t working, and there was a smell from the drainage. They didn’t fix it or change my room. The rent is 2300, but the service is zero. This was the worst service I’ve faced in all my hotel stays, with no proper room service and an owner who spoke rudely to customers. I’d tell everyone not to stay here.

A good fit for bulk bookings and marriage events. Keep it up, and I hope the same service continues in future.

The rooms were comfortable and fairly simple, and the infrastructure was okay. I stayed in room 313, where the bathroom drain was broken. There was no dental hygiene kit, and the lack of latches on the main door was concerning.

The view was stunning, and the rooms were immaculate. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and attentive to the details, which made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Everything was good and helpful, and I’d suggest this residency to anyone. The staff were friendly, the rooms neat and clean, and the service very good. Free parking is available too. It’s near the bus route, with hotels and a hospital almost nearby.
