Hotel Soorya International

We felt unsafe and had a terrible time at Hotel Soorya International, Pondicherry. The place was extremely smelly and unhygienic: dirty bathrooms, cockroaches in the washroom, and smelly bedsheets with holes. The building is old, with broken walls and tiles marked with fungus. The lift got stuck, which felt very unsafe, and the service was rude. When we raised concerns, the manager scolded us. Even though we had paid in full, we were told to leave. Four girls and two boys were made to vacate at midnight, with nobody taking responsibility for guest safety. There were drunk people outside, and girls were being teased there. We tried to complain and file an FIR, but without support and with leaves, we felt helpless. Pondicherry police should act, and the hotel's license should be cancelled immediately. Please share this widely so it goes viral and teaches the owner and manager a lesson. They should be in jail next year for treating customers this way. This is the story of every customer who has visited, just check the comments. All my friends got sick. I felt awful, and these incidents spoiled our mood. Do NOT visit. It isn't safe for families or girls.
