There was plenty of free, spacious parking, and my room was pretty good. Service was decent too. The property is close to all the main beaches.

A great place for a family stay, with enough parking and most tourist attractions nearby. Our room was roomy, the washrooms were neat and clean, and we were very comfortable. The only little downside was that there wasn't a balcony. Good stay for a reasonable price.

The first room had a urine smell, so they changed it when we asked. The replacement had very dirty blankets with large, old fungal spots. Even after I told the manager, nothing was done. The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness were very poor. I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

We booked Riya hall at I residency for a baby shower on 5/10/25. The hall itself was good, but the room they said was included wasn't very clean, and its door didn't work. We lost valuable things because of that, and when we asked to see CCTV, they said the decorations made it impossible to see. They'd told us everything was covered in the amount we paid, but cleaning staff asked for extra cash. We paid one person, then another group of staff demanded more. When we explained we'd already paid, one staff member scolded us with bad words and cursed me even though I'm pregnant. We asked the manager whether we needed to arrange people to clean the dining hall; he said that was included too, so we trusted him and arranged only servers. In the end they refused to clean, and we had to clear the waste by hand. We planned to enjoy the function but ended up crying. This wasn't the first time either, they did the same when we booked for my brother's son's birthday. I've worked in hotels and hospitality and never seen such awful behaviour. Please find another hall if you don't want your function ruined.

Ranjith gave amazing service, and the room was spacious. Excellent stay, would definitely recommend it to everyone.
