We’d driven nearly seven hours with our family, including a child, and ended up looking for another room at the last minute during peak season. When we arrived, the staff showed us a very different property from the pictures we’d been sent. RAVINKANTH insisted it was the place we had booked, which made the whole thing even more upsetting. Things had already been frustrating from the booking stage. The owner was extremely slow to answer basic questions or confirm the booking. The problem was the way we were treated and the experience we had, not just the property itself. I’d give a clear negative rating and recommend avoiding this place and the other properties connected to him.

The room was dirty and felt more like a PG setup. At check-in, my family, including our seven-year-old, was left waiting and then told the room we had booked had already been given to someone else. We had paid ₹2,000 in advance. Mr Ravinkanth was irresponsible about it and claimed the room we saw was the one we had booked, even though the pictures of the promised room had never been shown to us. It felt like he had cheated us, though the advance was eventually refunded. I honestly wouldn’t recommend booking here.

There’s garbage nearby, the rooms aren’t clean, and parking is inadequate. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for families.
