The rooms are generally in good condition, and the property is close to a busy bus station, though it sits a little inside a less-developed neighborhood. Cleanliness and overall maintenance still need significant improvement. Only saline (salt) water comes through the washroom taps, and it seems to have worn down the bathroom fixtures over time. Drinking water comes in RO-purified bottles that appear to be reused single-use plastic bottles. A more hygienic and sustainable way to provide water would give guests greater comfort and confidence. The property has potential because of its location and room condition, but cleaner rooms, better water quality, and improved guest amenities would make the stay much more comfortable and hygienic.

It’s in a very crowded area, but the rooms are clean and it works as a place to rest for a while before catching a bus. The new bus stand is within walking distance. I wouldn’t consider it suitable for a family stay.

The rooms are pleasant, neat, and clean, and they do good housekeeping. They also have rental bikes for exploring and a contact for adventure activities. If you mention the hotel name, they’ll give you a discount.

The staff were helpful when hot water wasn’t always available, and they brought us a heater. Apart from that minor drawback, we had a wonderful stay, with a great room and service. Bike rentals were convenient, and the beaches are nearby. We highly recommend the hotel.

This was the worst hotel. The cooler in our room didn’t work, and there was no water to bathe or use the washroom. We complained, but nobody cared for 1 hour. We got up for sunrise and missed it because there was no water. Communication between staff and customers was absolutely poor. They don’t pick up calls, so we had to go downstairs to complain about everything. Service was extremely poor and pathetic. Just a low third class hotel, please stay away.
