Ram.N Residency

We paid ₹6000 for one night at The Residency, but the stay was disappointing and didn't feel worth the price. I was there with my husband and kids in December 2025, when it was extremely cold. The bathroom heater didn't work, and the staff gave us a bucket heater instead of fixing it or offering a proper solution. That was especially uncomfortable with children. There was dust everywhere, and the cupboard was full of spider webs, so basic cleanliness and upkeep were lacking. I hope management takes this seriously and improves things for future families.

The towels smelled, there was no soap, and the fans had no speed control. The room itself wasn't great either. I accidentally booked a day early, but they wouldn't move the booking to the next day even though rooms were available. I also asked for late checkout after arriving 20 hours after the actual check-in time, and they refused. Very bad customer service. Horrible experience, not recommended.

The way they treated me was disrespectful. The manager didn't respond properly, and the women there were rude too. They spoke harshly, impatiently, and without any politeness. I'd already paid an advance, but after seeing the room in person I asked for it back because it was nothing like the photos or description. They said the payment was non-refundable. The furniture was very old, the table was broken, and the place looked dirty. There was a strong cigarette smell and another bad odor inside, and the room and surroundings were in terrible condition.

The photos make the rooms look clean and bigger than they are, but they were small and not clean at all. We couldn't use the toilets for the whole day, and our entire trip was spoiled. I'm attaching some actual photos. This feels unethical, and they must be using some fake review mechanism to get good ratings. Please don't fall for it. The rooms are worth no more than 500 rs.
