Think twice before booking. I booked a Deluxe Room through IXIGO on 25 May, but when I arrived on 30 May, the hotel said they had no booking information and refused to give me a room. I had to pay extra to stay somewhere else. The next day, they told IXIGO I hadn't shown up, then used that to deny my refund. Their behavior was misleading, irresponsible, and very unprofessional. Avoid if you care about your time, money, and peace of mind.

There are lots of mosquitoes, no ventilation, and the toilets aren't clean. There isn't proper signage to find the hotel, and there's no view. The fan only runs at top speed despite the regulator. They don't have hot water, just a heating rod, and the one I was given was broken. I only avoided getting electrocuted because I noticed. Consider staying here only for one night if you have no other option.

The hotel is tucked inside off a very narrow approach road, and the website photo gives the wrong impression. The rooms are tiny, the linens were stained and dirty, and the towel was torn. The ceiling fan regulator didn't work. A very bad experience.

They made noise for almost five hours while we were staying in the room, and started working without even checking if we were okay with it. We couldn't sleep because of it. The service was very poor.

The bathroom was far too small and below standard, and there was no hot water available in it. We also had problems getting drinking water. Overall, it wasn't up to the mark.
