Hotel Millennium Inn Shambhunath

We felt well looked after throughout our stay, and I’d happily recommend the hotel. At the front desk, Deepak, Abhimanyu and Ankit were welcoming, professional, and courteous. They were attentive and quick to help with requests, which added a personal touch. Vinod took great care of us in the restaurant, serving us efficiently and politely and making the meal smooth and enjoyable. The staff’s excellent service made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality.

The breakfast was genuinely fantastic, and the team serving it were lovely. The booking process was smooth too, right up until then. At arrival, we had to haul our own luggage, then deal with a room full of heat and outside noise. The AC barely worked, and after we told staff, they did a filter change and disappeared. Wedding festivities were happening on our floor, which seemed to be the climate they expected us to enjoy. Cockroaches were also waiting in the room, looking more comfortable in the heat than we were. The hotel’s hospitality was missing where the rooms were concerned. People pay for rooms as well as eggs, so I’m leaving 2 stars. Call me if you’d like a roadmap for running a hotel.

We were a family group of five adults and three kids, and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good locality, and the rooms were clean with fresh bedding and good 4 star amenities. The buffet breakfast had a nice spread. We’d recommend the property.

The housekeeping and cleaning were superb. Rekha Gupta, Mala and her team were extremely good and handled every issue professionally and politely. I’m very happy with them. Pranay Sharma, Room No 216.
