We stayed for 3 days, but on the last date we wanted to add another 3 to 4 hours and were willing to pay. He wouldn’t agree. The flush and the door both didn’t work properly, and the management wasn’t good. Overall, it wasn’t a good stay.

Hotel Star Regency is in good condition, even though the building is old. The rooms are small but cozy, and the washrooms are clean, though they could use upgrades. The staff were polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The nearest food market is an easy walk away. A comfortable stay.

A nice budget hotel in the Civil Lines area. The food is okay, and the service staff are good-natured.

Room no 201. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, so it was a very bad experience.

The front desk man was unnecessarily rude, and the staff stared creepily at my kids. The AC was completely broken, the water was rusty, and the bed had holes all over it. Cockroaches were infesting the ground, the toilets didn’t work, and the blankets had weird stains. Cigarette butts were scattered on the floor. Kitchen staff were rude and slammed the phone down before we could finish ordering. Then they asked for a lot more than we’d originally agreed on. Absolutely horrible. I’d rather sleep in a gutter than go back.
