We booked one double room and one single, but were pleasantly upgraded to two comfortable doubles with attached western toilets. The rooms were very clean, and hot water was available. Staff were friendly and handled requests directly. The hotel is easy to reach and in a convenient spot. Just be ready for the stairs, as there's no lift.
A good option for students with morning exams. It's inexpensive and close to Rlwy station, with a good room service and a very polite owner.
I had booked eight days but had to leave after almost 4 days because of an urgent medical emergency. Even after I explained how serious the situation was and how much I needed the money, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights. Management stuck to its strict cancellation policy, which left me deeply disappointed by the lack of compassion during a very difficult time.
I arrived at Hotel Vineet at 9 AM and found the staff cooperative. They helped me with visiting prayagraj sangam and tourist places. I had booked a dormitory for one night through goibibo for 281rs, but they gave me a single bed room at no extra charge. It had a table, fan, attached bathroom, and hot water. The hotel is about 800mtr from railwaystation. Thanks.
For the price, it's a good budget hotel. My room had a fairly clean western toilet attached, and the room itself was decently clean too. Staff were gracious, polite, and helpful. I can't speak to the rooms with a shared toilet.
