The room tariff was low, but even on a budget, basic hygiene should be there. My stay was below average because the place was poorly maintained and unclean. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, the dustbins were dirty and not emptied regularly, and the washroom was in poor, unhygienic condition. Minimum standards were missing. The hotel needs to improve cleanliness and washroom upkeep before I'd recommend it.

The room was below the brand's standards, and I had several problems that made my stay unpleasant. The bathroom was dirty and uncomfortable, and rats in the room made me feel unsafe and kept me from sleeping well. The lighting was poor, so even reading or working was difficult. Broken windowpanes let in noise and pollution all night. I hope the hotel management and OYO take this feedback seriously and improve the rooms. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe stay.

The AC worked and the locality was the only good part. Service was very poor, the room was unhygienic, and there was no mineral water. They wouldn't even let us wait in reception for 10 minutes. The staff were unprofessional, the bedsheet was used, and the dustbin was so dirty I felt like vomiting. We complained, but they left it unchanged for two days, so we had to keep our trash in the room. There was no cleaning service.
