The hotel is in a prime spot near the bus stand and easy to reach. The place is always crowded, so parking is tight, and getting a vehicle in or out can be difficult. There's some parking, but be careful when manoeuvring. Rooms are clean and neat, though very small and hard to move around in. There are no family rooms, only rooms for two, and the price feels a bit high for what's provided. The bathrooms and toilets need a lot of work: broken taps, stains everywhere, and dirty buckets. Families can stay safely.

The service was very poor for such a high tariff. I paid Rs2000 for a standard AC room for two, and the linen hadn't been washed. There was no water bottle or intercom in the room. They brought a water bottle only after I asked twice, and we had to insist before they issued the bill.

I had a terrible time at ari aadhish grand after arriving early on 29 June. The receptionist didn't explain the room rate properly, and after we settled into the room he asked for more money. We had an unpleasant exchange about their irresponsible behavior. We then switched rooms, but the AC wasn't turned on, so we didn't sleep well. I've never had to deal with such a disgusting situation in my life. Very poor, irresponsible service.

The room we got was cramped and had a lot of physical damage. They charged Rs 2000 for it, which wasn't worth the price. A terrible experience.
