I asked before booking whether pets were allowed, and they said it would be fine. Once I'd paid in full, they said pets couldn't stay in the room and they couldn't refund the full payment either. After a long discussion they agreed, but put us in their worst room. The people were very rude. Don't book here.

The staff were rude and uncooperative, and the room was filthy. The bathroom smelled bad and had leaking taps, the pillows had no covers, and the blanket was brown with dirt. There was no regard for cleanliness. I booked through the OYO app, but they refused service unless I paid an extra 600rs at reception.

The hotel staff caused a lot of trouble for me and my family. They wouldn't accept the booking I'd made through an app because they wanted more money. After several heated arguments, I had to call the police helpline to get it sorted.

I'd booked my room online through OYO, but the hotel charged extra at check-in. I have the online transaction details, and the staff didn't give me a receipt. It's wrong to charge customers more like this. Please look into what happened. Most people let it go because they don't have much time.
