When booking through fab / Make my trip, they put you on the 3rd floor, and there's no lift. Room service isn't available either. The rooms aren't worth it, and both the room security and bathrooms are worse than public toilets.

They refused to check me in after I booked through OYO, saying I had to pay extra. I saw in the comments that this had happened before. Since it was late at night, I paid cash without using the OYO service. At checkout, though, they wouldn't give me a bill unless I paid an extra 12%. The hotel is also in a remote spot with a very shady neighborhood.

The room was awful, with cockroaches all over the place. I was initially refused check-in even though I'd booked through OYO. I'd avoid staying here.

The staff respond quickly and are good, but the room is small and the mattress quality is very poor. Laundry for guests and an in-house restaurant would be useful. I'd rate this hotel 3.5/5.

Cockroaches everywhere and the place wasn't clean. A very bad hotel, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
