Divine Destination by OYO Rooms

The room was unavailable because, I was told, the rooms had been given to couples that morning, so I was denied admission. This is an OYO prime hotel with certification, but the property's condition is the worst and room service is poor. The booking and service teams were also terrible at resolving the problem. Once I said I'd file a police complaint and had a call recording, they arranged things very quickly.

Nothing about this place is good, from the room to the location. The walls between rooms are just wood, so you can clearly hear what's happening next door. You can't sleep because of the noise, including weird noises from couples in the neighboring room all night.

After we checked in, the room didn't look like the pictures I'd seen while booking. The property manager said the photos on OYO were three years old. I've had this same bad service at every OYO hotel I've stayed at.

The website pictures are heavily edited and don't show what the place is really like. The walls and rooms were dirty, and the washroom was in awful shape, with most of the fittings and accessories broken or not working. There were no toiletries or drinking water. Breakfast was advertised, but either wasn't provided or was completely fake. The location was poor and inconvenient, and the service was unhelpful and unprofessional. Room service was slow and unresponsive. The receptionist was extremely rude and clearly didn't know how to talk to customers. If you're stopping in Pune after a long journey, this place will add stress instead of giving you rest. It isn't suitable for families or solo travelers. I've rarely had a worse hotel experience. I'd avoid it altogether.
