On the first floor, the room had an overflowing drain and damaged bathroom windows, which made its condition unpleasant. It was especially difficult for the senior citizen staying there.

The location was just right, near the main attractions, yet the hotel itself felt quiet and relaxing. The food was delicious, and the restaurant service was excellent. Staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with the modern amenities I needed. Everything seemed thoughtfully organized. I had a hassle-free, luxurious stay and would recommend it. Looking forward to coming back.

Gandharva Residency is right in the center of Pune, and I had a great stay. The officer and staff provided good service and made me comfortable. Manager Samadhan was particularly helpful.

For the price, this is a very good hotel. The room has enough space for two, plus a word desk and coffee table, and the big window lets in plenty of light. The solar water heater is the one drawback, since it may not work sometimes.
